Análise ergonômica do posto de trabalho de soldagem em uma oficina mecânica da cidade de Sinop-MT

dc.description.resumo The ergonomic study in the work environment is fundamental for the adaptation of work to human beings, aiming at their performance, safety, well-being and health. The present study was carried out in a truck mechanic workshop located in the city of Sinop-MT, with the objective of analyzing a welder's workstation. With application of the field study, the analysis of the task demand, the posture and the movements of the welder were observed in order to diagnose possible ergonomic problems in the work environment. In the study, bibliographic sources regarding concepts and theories, which involved ergonomics and accident risks were also addressed. From the analysis of the collected data, the study proposed recommendations for improvements in the welding workstation, therefore, with the results obtained, it was observed that the company has some ergonomic problems such as posture, repetition, noise, physical and chemical risks , in addition to the common risks of accidents. dc.description.abstract O estudo ergonômico no ambiente de trabalho é fundamental para a adaptação do trabalho ao ser humano, visando seu desempenho, segurança, bem-estar e saúde.Com aplicação do estudo de campo, a análise da demanda de tarefa, a postura e as movimentações do soldador foram observadas com o intuito de diagnosticar possíveis problemas ergonômicos no ambiente de trabalho. No estudo, fontes bibliográficas a respeito dos conceitos e teorias, que envolveu a ergonomia e riscos de acidente foram abordadas também. A partir da análise dos dados coletados, o estudo propôs recomendações de melhorias no posto de trabalho de soldagem, portanto, com os resultados obtidos, observou-se que a empresa possui alguns problemas ergonômicos como a postura, repetitividade, ruídos, riscos físicos e químicos, além dos comuns riscos de acidentes. Enfatiza-se também a preocupação com o fornecimento de todos os EPI’S necessários para preservar a saúde dos soldadores. Conclui-se nesse contexto, que ainda é necessário que a empresa invista na ergonomia para respeitar os parâmetros ergonômicos. en_US
