| dc.description.abstract | Em análise ao estatuto da delação premiada, o presente tema tem grande relevância ao conhecimento aprofundado sobre o tema pertinente, uma vez que, não se vê a utilização em massa sobre os benefícios da delação premiada, ou seja, mesmo o benefício sendo chamativo ainda sim não é aplicado corriqueiramente, portanto, quais as implicações da delação premiada? Para que a presente pergunta seja respondida, o trabalho irá abordar de forma objetiva e clara o tema proposto, buscando compreender a delação premiada bem como seus desdobramentos. Já é possível ver que o Governo Federal faz referência a esse conjunto de alterações realizadas na legislação brasileira visando o aumento da eficiência no combate ao crime organizado, crime violento e à corrupção, com o intuito de minimizar os pontos falhos do sistema de justiça criminal.
