| dc.description.resumo | The following work has as object of study Law 11.340, of August 7, 2006, known as the Maria da Penha Law, which provides for the insertion of the problem of protection and its effectiveness and/or ineffectiveness, with the aim of demonstrating that violence domestic versus women occurs daily and it is a social problem that needs to be resolved, to solve the domestic violence that has been increasing in Brazil, however, constantly, they are not effective to combat the violence that the victim has been suffering. The measures are usually only inserted when the victim is at risk, and cannot act freely when choosing to seek the state option against his or her aggressor. | dc.description.abstract | O trabalho a seguir tem como objeto de estudo a Lei 11.340, de 07 de agosto de 2006, conhecida como Lei Maria da Penha, a qual prevê a inserção do problema das medidas de proteção e a sua eficácia e/ou ineficácia, tendo como objetivo, demonstrar que a violência doméstica contra a mulher ocorre diariamente e é um problema social que precisa ser resolvido, para solucionar a violência doméstica que vem aumentando no Brasil, entretanto, constantemente, as mesmas não são eficazes para combater a violência que a vítima vem sofrendo. As medidas geralmente só são inseridas quando a vítima corre um risco, não podendo agir livremente ao optar por buscar a opção estatal contra seu agressor. Depois dessa análise, abordada mostra-se cada uma das medidas de urgência e sua disposição. | en_US |
