| dc.description.abstract | A usucapião extrajudicial é um tema muito relevante, pois, trata-se de procedimento administrativo mais celere em relação ao procedimento judicial de direito real de propriedade, assim a importância está alicerçada no conhecimento em relação ao tema, haja vista o trabalho em Catório pela autora, não somente isto, o conhecimento aprofundado sobre a usucapião extrajudicial possibilita qualquer outro que ler este trabalho, pois foi adotado o seguinte questionamento norteador; a utilização direta da via judicial para resolver conflitos em relação ao usucapião, quais os beneficios de se valer da esfera administrativa? Para responder a questão foi dotado o trabalho de objetivos gerais e específicos, sendo o primeiro, conhecer o tema abordado e os especificos serão tratados através de analise do conceito histórico do usucapião na esfera extrajudicial, compreender como se faz este requerimento e analisar doutrinas e Leis pertinentes ao tema.
