| dc.description.resumo | In the current scenario of civil construction, the market is increasingly looking for advances in construction techniques, which do not demand much from the structures and which have an affordable cost. Drywall is a sealing technique that has been gaining space on the market, promising to be a method that can meet these requirements. Drywall replaces internal seals such as wall, ceiling and cladding, being plasterboard sheets, screwed into uprights and galvanized steel guides, whether or not thermal insulation can be installed. Drywall is a structure that, when executed and completed, is light, firm and stable, providing security to users, as well as to those who install it. The present work comes with the proposal to compare the load and the cost between the construction techniques of drywall sealing, with the masonry in ceramic block of the internal fences of a 171.03 m² residential work, allowing to know which of these technologies brings greater economy and lightness to the structure. | En |

| dc.description.abstract | No cenário atual da construção civil, o mercado busca, cada vez mais, o avanço nas técnicas construtivas, que não exijam muito das estruturas e que tenham um custo acessível. O drywall é uma técnica de vedação que vem ganhando espaço no mercado, prometendo ser um método que pode cumprir essas exigências. O drywall substitui as vedações internas como, parede, teto e revestimento, sendo chapas de gesso acartonado, parafusadas em montantes e guias de aço galvanizado, podendo-se ou não instalar isolamento térmico. O drywall é uma estrutura que, ao ser executada e concluída apresenta-se leve, firme e estável, dando segurança aos usuários, bem como, para quem instala. O presente trabalho vem com a proposta de comparar a carga e o custo entre as técnicas construtivas de vedação em drywall, com a de alvenaria em bloco cerâmico das vedações internas de uma obra residencial de 159,65 m², permitindo saber qual dessas tecnologias traz maior economia e leveza à estrutura. | en_US |
