| dc.description.resumo | The work presents the theme about characteristics of female leadership in companies in the city of Sinop/MT, where the specific objective is to identify the profile of these women as leaders, analyzing their performance in front of the labor market. Today, women represent one of the workforces with strong aptitude for leadership, but achieving success is not so easy, as leadership is about having the ability to influence people to reach the established results and goals. The research is qualitative in nature, based on a research that deals with an exploratory literature review, having as an analysis the population leaders of companies located on Avenida Júlio Campos in Sinop/MT. Through the application of the survey and data collection, it was possible to identify important characteristics in the way women lead, a total of 17 women answered the survey. | En |

| dc.description.abstract | O trabalho apresenta o tema sobre características da liderança feminina em empresas da cidade de Sinop/MT, onde tem como objetivo especifico identificar o perfil dessas mulheres como líderes, analisando a sua atuação à frente do mercado de trabalho. Hoje as mulheres representam uma das forças de trabalho com forte aptidão para liderança, mas para alcançar o sucesso não é tão fácil, pois liderar consiste em ter habilidade de influenciar as pessoas para que alcancem os resultados e metas estabelecidas. A pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, baseada numa pesquisa que trata de uma revisão de literatura exploratória, tendo como análise a população líderes de empresas localizada na Avenida Júlio Campos em Sinop/MT. Por meio da aplicação da pesquisa e da coleta de dados foi possível identificar importantes características no modo de liderar das mulheres, um total de 17 mulheres responderam a pesquisa. | en_US |
