| dc.description.resumo | The present article has as its theme "The importance of mediation in family conflicts: Historical and Legal Aspects". The study proposes an analysis of the historical and legal aspects of mediation, focusing on its application in resolving family conflicts. The objective of the work is to elucidate the relevance of mediation as an effective and efficient method of resolving family conflicts. The aim is to demonstrate how this mechanism allows for a less extensive and more agile process, facilitating agreement between the parties involved. The guiding question that guides the research is: "How important is mediation in family conflicts?". Based on this question, the study intends to explore the benefits and challenges of mediation in the family sphere, as well as its historical evolution and legal basis. Therefore, this study justifies the importance of carrying out conciliation in the family sphere, which aims to resolve and bring a solution faster and is satisfactory between the parties. | En |

| dc.description.abstract | Este trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como tema "A importância da mediação nos conflitos familiares: Aspectos Históricos e Jurídicos". O estudo propõe uma análise dos aspectos históricos e jurídicos da mediação, focando em sua aplicação na resolução de conflitos familiares. O objetivo do trabalho é elucidar a relevância da mediação como um método eficaz e eficiente de resolução de conflitos familiares. Busca-se demonstrar como esse mecanismo permite um processo menos extenso e mais ágil, facilitando o acordo entre as partes envolvidas. A pergunta diretriz que norteia a pesquisa é: "Qual a importância da mediação nos conflitos familiares?". A partir dessa questão, o estudo pretende explorar os benefícios e desafios da mediação na esfera familiar, bem como sua evolução histórica e fundamentação jurídica. Portanto o presente estudo se justifica a importância de ser realizar a conciliação na esfera familiar, no qual visa sanar e trazer solução mais rápido e sendo satisfatório entre as partes. | en_US |
